Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare and serve specialty coffee beverages using espresso machines and manual brewing techniques
- Deliver exceptional customer service through personalized recommendations and warm interactions
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of all workstations, equipment, and customer areas
- Manage inventory and assist with receiving/supplies to ensure operational efficiency
- Collaborate with team members to create a positive, inclusive work culture
- Participate in regular training to refine coffee skills and product knowledge
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional barista experience required
- Deep knowledge of coffee brewing methods, bean origins, and flavor profiles
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to multitask in fast-paced settings
- Availability to work flexible shifts including early mornings and weekends
- Food Handler Certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
