Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve high-quality beverages, including espresso drinks, cold brews, and teas, following strict recipes and quality standards.
- Greet every customer with a warm, professional smile and ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the espresso machine, counters, and dining area.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately to process transactions and handle cash.
- Monitor inventory levels for coffee beans, milk, and syrups, and restock supplies as needed.
- Assist in food preparation and plating to ensure presentation meets our premium standards.
Qualifications
- No prior coffee experience required; we provide comprehensive on-the-job training.
- Must be at least 16 years of age.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
- Reliable transportation and availability to work weekends and holidays.
- Passion for coffee and a willingness to learn brewing techniques.
