- Prepare specialty coffee beverages with precision and consistency
- Master espresso machine operation and milk steaming techniques
- Deliver exceptional customer service with product knowledge
- Maintain cleanliness of equipment and service areas
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently
- Collaborate with team during peak hours
- Upsell seasonal promotions and loyalty program
Qualifications
- No prior barista experience required
- Must be available for 3-4 shifts weekly
- Strong attention to detail and time management
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for coffee and customer service
- Basic math skills for handling cash
- Reliable transportation to downtown Reno location
