Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare and serve specialty coffee beverages using premium beans and advanced techniques
- Deliver exceptional customer service with personalized recommendations and warm hospitality
- Maintain pristine cleanliness and organization of all coffee stations, equipment, and seating areas
- Operate point-of-sale systems efficiently while processing cash and digital payments
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless daily operations during peak hours
- Participate in ongoing training to master new menu items and brewing innovations
- Support inventory management by tracking supplies and placing timely reorder requests
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional barista experience with espresso machine mastery
- Extensive knowledge of coffee origins, brewing methods, and flavor profiles
- Outstanding interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments while maintaining precision
- Flexible availability including weekends, early mornings, and holidays
- Food Handler's Certification preferred (NV State compliant)
- Basic cash handling and POS system proficiency
