Responsibilities
- Manage guest flow and venue access points
- Execute event setup/breakdown procedures
- Assist with VIP hospitality and concierge services
- Enforce safety protocols and emergency procedures
- Coordinate with vendors and event management teams
- Handle ticket scanning and registration logistics
- Provide exceptional customer service to diverse attendees
Qualifications
- Minimum 18 years of age
- Previous event or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to stand for 6+ hours and lift 25 lbs
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, holidays
- Valid government-issued ID and reliable transportation
- Ability to work in fast-paced, high-energy environments
