Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare espresso-based drinks and pour-overs using premium beans
- Deliver exceptional customer service with warm, personalized interactions
- Maintain a pristine, organized workspace and equipment
- Process POS transactions accurately and efficiently
- Collaborate with team to develop seasonal drink menus
- Source and share coffee knowledge with customers
Qualifications
- 1+ years professional barista experience required
- Advanced knowledge of espresso extraction and latte art
- Exceptional communication and multitasking abilities
- Flexible availability including weekends/holidays
- ServSafe or food handler certification preferred
- Ability to lift 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
