Responsibilities
- Prepare specialty coffee drinks with precision and creativity
- Operate espresso machines and brewing equipment
- Provide exceptional customer service and product recommendations
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards
- Manage cash transactions and POS systems
- Assist with inventory management and restocking
- Collaborate with team to ensure smooth operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months coffee preparation experience
- Knowledge of espresso brewing techniques
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for cash handling
- Flexible availability including weekends/holidays
- Food Handler Certification preferred
- Must be 18+ to operate espresso equipment
