Responsibilities
- Execute seamless guest experiences at corporate galas, product launches, and cultural festivals
- Manage VIP registration and credential verification with precision
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure flawless event execution
- Enforce safety protocols and emergency procedures during high-traffic events
- Deliver brand-aligned messaging while maintaining professional appearance
- Troubleshoot logistical challenges in real-time with composure
- Conduct post-event debriefs to document key insights and improvements
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of professional event staffing experience in NYC
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Valid NY State Security Guard License (preferred)
- Ability to stand/walk 8+ hours in various weather conditions
- Proficiency with event management software (e.g., Cvent, Eventbrite)
- Fluent in English; bilingual (Spanish/Chinese) highly desirable
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Professional demeanor with polished business attire presentation
