Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve premium coffee beverages using precise techniques
- Operate POS systems efficiently while providing outstanding customer service
- Maintain pristine cleanliness of equipment and service areas

- Source and maintain high-quality coffee beans and ingredients
- Participate in inventory management and stock rotation
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional barista experience
- Expert knowledge of espresso brewing and milk steaming
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Food Handler's certification preferred
