- Expertly prepare and present specialty coffee beverages following precise recipes and quality standards
- Deliver exceptional customer service with warm, personalized interactions
- Operate POS systems efficiently and accurately process transactions
- Maintain impeccable cleanliness and organization of all workstations and equipment
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless daily operations
- Contribute to inventory management and restock supplies as needed
- Share coffee knowledge and educate customers on our offerings
Qualifications
- 1+ years of professional barista experience required
- Deep passion for coffee and commitment to quality
- Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory
- Flexible availability including early mornings, weekends, and holidays
- Food Handler's Certification preferred
