Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare and present specialty coffee beverages using premium beans and precise techniques
- Deliver exceptional customer service with genuine enthusiasm and product knowledge
- Maintain pristine cleanliness of all equipment, service areas, and customer spaces
- Process transactions accurately through our POS system while handling cash and digital payments
- Collaborate with team to optimize workflow during peak hours and special events
- Contribute to inventory management and restocking of coffee, syrups, and supplies
- Adhere to strict food safety and sanitation protocols
Qualifications
- 1+ years of professional barista experience or equivalent coffee craft expertise
- Deep knowledge of brewing methods (pour-over, espresso, cold brew) and flavor profiles
- Outstanding communication skills with ability to engage diverse customers
- Flexible availability including early mornings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory tracking
