Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare specialty coffee drinks using espresso machines, pour-over methods, and batch brew techniques
- Deliver outstanding customer service with warm, personalized interactions and product knowledge
- Maintain a pristine, organized workspace including espresso machine calibration and inventory management
- Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming atmosphere for all guests
- Adhere to strict food safety protocols and maintain cleanliness standards
- Support new hires through training on brewing techniques and POS systems
- Participate in seasonal menu development and promotional events
Qualifications
- 1+ years of professional coffee preparation experience required
- Deep knowledge of coffee varieties, brewing methods, and flavor profiles
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a passion for hospitality
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments during peak hours
- Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory tracking
- Food Handler's Certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
