Responsibilities
- Sort, scan, and organize packages in climate-controlled warehouse environment
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts with certification)
- Maintain accurate inventory counts using handheld scanning devices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily shipment goals
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and ergonomic best practices
- Participate in cycle counts and quality control inspections
- Support seasonal peak operations during high-demand periods
Qualifications
- Available to work weekends (minimum 16 hours/week)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
