Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a smile, providing product recommendations and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately and efficiently, processing returns and exchanges.
- Stock merchandise, organize displays, and maintain a clean, safe, and visually appealing store environment.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in the receiving process to ensure stock availability.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales goals and store targets.
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with a diverse customer base.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and making change.
- A reliable mode of transportation.
