Responsibilities
- Unload and organize merchandise deliveries in the early morning hours (4-8 AM)
- Efficiently stock shelves while maintaining visual merchandising standards
- Monitor inventory levels and report discrepancies to management
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with proper safety protocols
- Collaborate with overnight staff for seamless store transitions
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of stockroom and sales floor
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory audits
Qualifications
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly with proper technique
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Flexible availability between 3-8 AM (minimum 20 hours/week)
