Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare and present espresso drinks, pour-overs, and seasonal specialties
- Deliver exceptional customer service with product knowledge and warm hospitality
- Maintain pristine cleanliness of espresso machines, brewing equipment, and service areas
- Manage inventory, stock displays, and uphold food safety standards
- Collaborate with team to create innovative beverage promotions and events
- Process POS transactions accurately and efficiently
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months barista or food service experience
- Proficiency in espresso machine operation and milk texturing
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Strong attention to detail and passion for coffee craftsmanship
- Exceptional communication and teamwork skills
- Food Handler's Certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to stand for extended periods in a fast-paced environment
