Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve high-quality espresso drinks and food items according to standard recipes.
- Greet customers with a warm Aloha spirit and provide exceptional customer service.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workspace at all times.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately and handle cash transactions responsibly.
- Learn and demonstrate knowledge of our premium coffee beans and brewing techniques.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure efficient service during peak hours.
- Stock supplies and perform basic opening and closing duties.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Barista or in the food and beverage industry is preferred.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Willingness to work weekends, mornings, and holidays.
- Basic math skills for cash handling.
