Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare and present specialty coffee beverages following signature recipes
- Provide exceptional customer service with genuine warmth and product knowledge
- Maintain spotless workspace and equipment through rigorous cleaning protocols
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash operations
- Collaborate with team to ensure smooth peak-hour operations and inventory management

Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months barista or food service experience preferred
- Passion for coffee and willingness to learn brewing techniques
- Flexible availability including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays

- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
