Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences at diverse events (concerts, festivals, corporate galas)
- Manage guest flow, ticket scanning, and venue navigation with professionalism
- Execute setup/breakdown protocols ensuring venue readiness and safety
- Operate AV equipment and point-of-sale systems during events
- Respond to guest inquiries with solutions-oriented communication
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless event execution
- Maintain brand standards through polished appearance and conduct
Qualifications
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Previous customer service or event experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for 6+ hours in dynamic environments
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency with basic event technology (ticket scanners, POS)
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Arizona residency required for local event coverage
