Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve specialty coffee drinks using premium beans and traditional techniques
- Engage warmly with customers, sharing knowledge about our coffee origins and brewing methods
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting café environment
- Operate POS systems and handle cash transactions accurately
- Collaborate with team members during peak weekend rushes
- Assist with inventory management and restocking of coffee supplies
Qualifications
- Previous barista or customer service experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced weekend environments
