Responsibilities
- Execute seamless event setup and teardown according to venue specifications and client requirements
- Manage guest registration, ticket scanning, and attendee flow with exceptional customer service
- Monitor event spaces to ensure safety compliance and address attendee inquiries promptly
- Coordinate with vendors, security, and venue staff for synchronized event operations
- Assist with emergency protocols and incident reporting as needed during events
- Conduct post-event venue inspections and assist with equipment inventory
- Adapt to last-minute schedule changes and diverse event environments
Qualifications
- Minimum 18 years old with reliable transportation to Fresno event venues
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication skills and ability to remain calm under pressure
- Previous event hospitality, retail, or customer service experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of event setup/breakdown procedures a plus
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Valid California driver's license and clean driving record if operating company vehicles
- Professional appearance and approachable demeanor
