Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations during evening/weekend shifts, including staff scheduling and inventory management
- Train and mentor team members on product knowledge, sales techniques, and safety protocols
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalations with professionalism and empathy
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet/exceed targets
- Ensure store presentation meets brand standards and cleanliness protocols
- Conduct opening/closing procedures including cash handling and security checks
- Collaborate with day-shift managers for seamless operational handovers
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years retail management experience with evening/weekend shift leadership
- Strong conflict resolution and team-building abilities
- Proficient in POS systems and inventory management software
- Excellent communication and multitasking skills in fast-paced environments
- Valid California driver's license (if required for store logistics)
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
