- Delocate empathetic customer support via phone, chat, and email during evening shifts (3 PM - 11 PM)
- Resolve technical inquiries for our healthcare software platform with precision and professionalism

- Collaborate with day-shift teams to ensure seamless customer handoffs and issue resolution
- Proactively identify process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction metrics

Qualifications
