- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat during evening shifts (4 PM - 11 PM)

- Meet daily performance metrics including response times and resolution rates
- Document interactions and maintain detailed case records
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge
Qualifications
