Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain strong relationships with clients in the Sacramento area.
- Resolve complex customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a focus on first-contact resolution.
- Assist in onboarding new clients and ensuring a seamless transition to our services.
- Collaborate with the Illinois-based operations team to optimize service delivery.
- Document customer feedback and contribute to internal knowledge base improvements.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure service excellence.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Previous customer service or retail experience is a plus but not mandatory (students welcome).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote/hybrid team.
- Reliable internet connection and computer access.
