- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with exceptional professionalism
- Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining high satisfaction rates
- Document interactions accurately in our CRM system
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery
- Adhere to company protocols while maintaining a friendly, empathetic tone
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and provide feedback
- Complete training modules and stay updated on product knowledge
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Reliable transportation and evening availability (5 PM - 11 PM)
