As an Evening Part-Time Associate, you will be the face of our brand during our busiest hours. You will handle customer interactions, process transactions, and ensure our facility runs smoothly. This is an excellent opportunity for students, retirees, or anyone looking to supplement their income.
Responsibilities
- Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone and email with a focus on evening shifts.
- Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
- Enter and maintain customer data in the internal database.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues to management when necessary.
- Collaborate with the daytime team to ensure seamless shift handovers.
- Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Must be available to work evenings (3:00 PM - 11:00 PM) and weekends.
- Strong computer literacy and ability to learn internal software quickly.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
- No prior experience required; full training provided.
