Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service during evening hours (5 PM - 11 PM)
- Manage daily operations including inventory management and sales processing
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve monthly targets
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of all transactions
- Assist with onboarding and training of new team members
- Resolve customer inquiries with professionalism and efficiency
- Participate in quarterly performance reviews and goal-setting
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year customer service or retail experience
- Availability to work evenings and weekends (full-time flexibility)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Basic proficiency in POS systems and Microsoft Office
- Ability to work independently and in team environments
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
