Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service during evening hours, assisting with product inquiries and purchases
- Manage checkout operations efficiently using POS systems while maintaining accuracy
- Restock shelves and maintain organized sales floor displays throughout shifts
- Operate inventory management systems and report stock discrepancies
- Ensure store cleanliness and safety standards are met during evening operations
- Collaborate with team members to resolve customer issues and optimize workflows
- Assist with receiving and processing evening merchandise deliveries
Qualifications
- Availability to work flexible evening shifts (4 PM - 11 PM), including weekends
- Basic math skills and comfort handling cash/transactions
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Strong communication skills and customer service mindset
- Previous retail experience preferred but not required
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Reliable transportation to Oklahoma City locations
