Responsibilities
- Unload delivery trucks and organize incoming inventory efficiently to ensure a smooth start to the business day.
- Stock shelves and display areas with precision, ensuring products are facing forward and organized by category.
- Ensure product labeling, pricing tags, and signage are accurate and up-to-date.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace, strictly adhering to all safety protocols and company policies.
- Operate standard stocking equipment, including pallet jacks and hand trucks, safely and correctly.
- Assist in regular inventory counts and perform stock rotation (FIFO) to minimize waste.
- Collaborate with the morning crew to prepare the store for the customer rush.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, carry, and push up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Willingness and ability to work early morning shifts (typically 4:00 AM - 12:00 PM).
- Basic math skills for accurate price checks and inventory reconciliation.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to organization.
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not always required.
