Responsibilities
- Stock and organize merchandise in assigned departments before store opening
- Operate pallet jacks and inventory management systems efficiently
- Verify inventory counts and report discrepancies to management
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe stockroom environments
- Collaborate with overnight team to optimize stocking workflows
- Adhere to all safety protocols and merchandising standards
- Assist with receiving shipments and processing deliveries
Qualifications
- Availability for 4:00 AM start times (flexible scheduling offered)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Basic knowledge of inventory management systems preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable transportation to early morning shifts
