Responsibilities
- Unload and organize merchandise shipments during early morning shifts (4:00 AM - 12:00 PM)
- Accurately stock shelves according to planograms and inventory management systems
- Maintain pristine store cleanliness and safety standards in all departments
- Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently
- Collaborate with overnight teams to optimize stocking workflows
- Conduct inventory counts and report discrepancies to management
- Uphold company merchandising standards and visual presentation guidelines
Qualifications
- Previous stocking or warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic math proficiency for inventory management
- Reliable transportation for early morning shifts
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Forklift certification a plus (training provided if needed)
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
