Responsibilities
- Unload and organize merchandise deliveries before store opening
- Stock shelves with accuracy and efficiency using provided equipment
- Rotate stock to ensure freshness and proper inventory management
- Maintain clean, organized stockroom and display areas
- Operate pallet jacks and inventory tracking systems
- Collaborate with overnight team for seamless operations
- Adhere to safety protocols when handling heavy items
Qualifications
- Ability to start shifts as early as 4:00 AM
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Attention to detail for product placement and rotation
- Reliable transportation to Bayshore Drive location
- Previous stocking experience preferred but not required
- Team player with strong communication skills
- Willingness to work in climate-controlled environments
