Responsibilities
- Unload, sort, and organize merchandise shipments during early morning shifts (4:00 AM - 8:00 AM)
- Stock shelves, displays, and coolers according to planograms and company standards
- Ensure store is fully prepared for daily operations and customer access
- Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate stock rotation (FIFO)
- Operate pallet jacks and cleaning equipment safely and efficiently
- Collaborate with overnight crew to maintain cleanliness and safety standards
- Report maintenance issues and operational concerns to supervisors
Qualifications
- No prior retail experience required – paid training provided
- Availability to work early morning shifts (4:00 AM start time)
- Ability to lift 25-50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic math skills for inventory tasks and price verification
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable transportation to worksite
