Responsibilities
- Safely walk dogs of various breeds and sizes through Memphis neighborhoods and parks
- Provide real-time photo/video updates to pet owners via our app
- Administer basic care (feeding, hydration, waste cleanup) during visits
- Maintain detailed activity logs and behavioral notes
- Adapt schedules to client needs with flexible morning/afternoon/evening shifts
- Attend monthly training sessions on pet first aid and behavior
- Build trust with clients through reliable, compassionate service
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional dog walking or pet care experience
- Reliable transportation and smartphone with data access
- Current pet first aid/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Exceptional communication skills for client interactions
- Physical ability to walk dogs in various weather conditions
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Availability for weekend and holiday shifts
