Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare and serve specialty coffee/espresso drinks using premium beans
- Deliver exceptional customer service with product knowledge recommendations
- Maintain pristine café cleanliness, sanitization, and inventory control
- Operate POS systems, handle cash transactions accurately
- Collaborate with team to optimize workflow during peak hours
- Support community events and local artist collaborations
- Adapt schedules to accommodate flexible hour requests
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months food/beverage service experience
- Basic knowledge of coffee brewing techniques
- Flexible availability including mornings, evenings, weekends
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Food Handler's Certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Comfortable standing 6-8 hours per shift
- Valid Arizona driver's license (for occasional supply runs)
