Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare espresso drinks, pour-overs, and specialty beverages
- Deliver exceptional customer service with personalized recommendations
- Maintain cleanliness & sanitation across all stations
- Operate POS systems and handle cash transactions accurately
- Support inventory management and stock rotation
- Collaborate with team to create warm, welcoming atmosphere
- Continuously develop coffee knowledge and brewing techniques
Qualifications
- Previous barista or food service experience preferred
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends/holidays
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling
- Physical stamina for standing 6-8 hour shifts
- Food Handler's Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
