Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest services and maintain venue safety protocols
- Manage attendee registration and credential verification systems
- Execute event setup/breakdown according to detailed specifications
- Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders for seamless operations
- Respond professionally to attendee inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Monitor crowd flow and implement emergency procedures if needed
- Assist with audiovisual equipment management and troubleshooting
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional event or hospitality experience
- Valid California Driver's License and reliable transportation
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication and conflict resolution abilities
- Basic knowledge of AV systems and event technology
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods in dynamic environments
- Professional appearance and customer service mindset
- Must pass mandatory background check
