Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest services and attendee support during events
- Manage event setup, breakdown, and venue logistics
- Enforce safety protocols and crowd control measures
- Assist with registration, ticketing, and attendee check-in processes
- Coordinate with vendors and event management teams
- Respond promptly to attendee inquiries and resolve issues
- Maintain a professional appearance and brand ambassadorship
- Complete accurate event documentation and post-event reports
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in event hospitality or customer service
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Valid Tennessee driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
