Responsibilities
- Manage guest registration and check-in processes with precision
- Provide exceptional customer service and venue navigation support
- Execute event setups and breakdowns according to venue specifications
- Monitor crowd dynamics and ensure safety compliance
- Coordinate with vendors and event leads for seamless operations
- Handle ticket scanning and credential verification
- Assist with emergency protocols and incident reporting
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in hospitality or event operations
- Strong interpersonal communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Valid Wisconsin driver's license and reliable transportation
- Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic first aid/CPR certification preferred
- Experience with ticket scanning systems (e.g., Ticketmaster, Eventbrite)
