Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service at event check-in stations, VIP areas, and guest interaction zones
- Manage crowd control and ensure safety protocols are strictly followed during high-traffic events
- Operate event-specific equipment including credential scanners, ticketing systems, and audiovisual aids
- Assist with venue setup/breakdown including furniture arrangement, signage installation, and decor placement
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism and poise
- Collaborate with team leads to execute seamless event operations and maintain brand standards
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old with reliable transportation to event locations
- Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication skills and ability to remain calm under pressure
- Previous customer service or event experience preferred but not required
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods (6-8 hour shifts)
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite for reporting duties
- Professional appearance and willingness to wear company-provided attire
