Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare and serve specialty coffee drinks using premium beans and precise techniques
- Deliver exceptional customer service with personalized recommendations and warm hospitality
- Maintain immaculate workspace, equipment, and inventory management
- Collaborate with team to develop seasonal menu innovations and promotions
- Train new baristas on brewing standards and POS systems
- Support community events and local partnerships to elevate our brand presence
- Adhere to food safety protocols and sustainability practices daily
Qualifications
- 1+ years professional barista experience with espresso machine mastery
- Deep knowledge of coffee origins, brewing methods, and flavor profiles
- Exceptional multitasking abilities in high-volume environments
- Strong communication skills and passion for customer engagement
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Basic cash handling and POS proficiency (training provided)
- Food Handler's Certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Portfolio of latte art or brewing techniques preferred
