Responsibilities
- Attend comprehensive paid training sessions covering event setup, guest services, and safety protocols
- Execute event operations including registration, crowd management, and vendor coordination
- Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a professional appearance at all events
- Set up, tear down, and manage event equipment per venue specifications
- Adapt to changing event conditions and follow detailed event instructions
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless event execution
- Report operational issues and provide feedback to event coordinators
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old and able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication skills and ability to interact professionally with diverse audiences
- Reliable transportation to event locations across St. Louis
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills in a fast-paced environment
- Must pass basic background check and provide proof of eligibility to work in the US
