- Execute seamless event setups including stage construction, audio-visual installations, and decor placement
- Provide exceptional guest services through check-in, wayfinding, and VIP concierge support
- Manage crowd flow and ensure compliance with safety protocols at all venues
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for real-time problem resolution
- Conduct post-event breakdown and equipment inventory management
- Represent client brands with professional appearance and polished communication
