Responsibilities
- Execute event setup, breakdown, and operational logistics according to venue specifications
- Provide exceptional guest services including wayfinding, information assistance, and conflict resolution
- Manage attendee registration, credentialing, and access control systems
- Monitor crowd flow and enforce safety protocols to ensure positive attendee experiences
- Collaborate with vendors, security teams, and venue management during live events
- Document incident reports and operational feedback for continuous improvement
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old with reliable transportation
- Ability to stand/walk 8+ hours in various weather conditions
- Strong communication skills and customer service mindset
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic computer literacy for check-in systems and reporting
- Must pass mandatory background screening and drug test
- Valid driver's license preferred for equipment transport
