Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-ins, ticket validation, and venue access control
- Provide exceptional customer service and address attendee inquiries promptly
- Execute event setup/breakdown including equipment assembly and decor arrangement
- Monitor crowd flow and ensure adherence to safety protocols
- Coordinate with vendors and fellow staff for seamless event execution
- Assist with promotional material distribution and brand ambassadorship
Qualifications
- Previous event staffing or hospitality experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods in dynamic environments
- Flexibility with evening/weekend shifts and short-notice assignments
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Basic knowledge of crowd management and emergency procedures
