Responsibilities
- Prepare specialty coffee beverages using precise techniques
- Provide exceptional customer service with a warm, authentic NOLA welcome
- Maintain pristine cleanliness of workstations and equipment
- Operate POS systems and process cash/transactions accurately
- Collaborate with team during peak hours to ensure smooth operations
- Upsell premium coffee products and seasonal offerings
- Support inventory management and stock rotation
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year coffee shop or customer service experience
- Proficiency in espresso machines and brewing methods
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends/holidays
- Strong attention to detail in beverage preparation
- Positive attitude with excellent communication skills
- Basic math skills for handling transactions
- Food Handler's Certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Knowledge of New Orleans culture preferred
