Responsibilities
- Execute crowd management and guest flow protocols at assigned events
- Provide exceptional customer service and VIP assistance as needed
- Operate event-specific equipment (ticket scanners, barricades, signage)
- Monitor venue security and respond to incidents per training guidelines
- Collaborate with team leads to ensure seamless event execution
- Complete post-event reports and inventory documentation
- Maintain professional appearance and brand standards at all times
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old with valid government-issued ID
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods in various weather conditions
- Strong communication skills and customer service mindset
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Pass background screening and drug test (post-training)
- Must complete paid certification program (40 hours)
- Basic computer literacy for reporting systems
- Valid driver's license preferred for venue transport
