Responsibilities
- Execute seamless guest registration, ticket scanning, and attendee flow management
- Manage venue setup/breakdown including seating, décor, and equipment
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve attendee inquiries
- Monitor crowd safety and enforce venue policies with professionalism
- Coordinate with vendors, security, and event leadership teams
- Assist with emergency protocols and incident reporting
- Maintain pristine event spaces throughout operational hours
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in customer service or events
- Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods in dynamic environments
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Basic knowledge of event safety protocols
- Ability to lift 25 lbs and work in varied weather conditions
