Responsibilities
- Manage guest flow and ensure venue safety protocols
- Operate ticket scanning and registration systems
- Assist with VIP guest services and backstage coordination
- Set up and break down event infrastructure (stages, tents, equipment)
- Respond to guest inquiries with professionalism and positivity
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during live events
- Report maintenance issues and safety concerns to supervisors
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old with valid photo ID
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to stand/walk for 6+ hours in various weather conditions
- Basic knowledge of event setup/breakdown procedures preferred
- Must pass mandatory background check
- Reliable transportation to event locations
- Previous event or hospitality experience a plus
